Dividing Fractions
When Fractions are Divided, the "Divided by" Fraction
is Inverted. The Numerators are then Multiplied and the
Denominators are Multiplied.

If the resulting proper fraction can be reduced, then do so.

RULE
Dividing Fractions
Invert the "Divided By" Fraction.
Multiply the Numerators to find the New Numerator.
Multiply the Denominators to find the new New Denominator.
If the Proper Fraction can be Reduced, then do so.
